IDEAL CARE SBR Plus

IDEAL CARE SBR Plus is based on modified styrene butadiene latex supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency. This is used in high performance application in waterproofing and mortars Repairs. It is used for repairing of spalled concrete- Floors, Bathroom, chajja, beams, slabs, and waterproofing of bathroom and toilets. This Product improves strength of of concrete and mortar. It reduces shrinkage, prevents cracking, dust pick up & improves abrasion resistance.

Application Area-

  1. For Concrete Repairs- Spalled concrete of floors, columns, beams, chajja, slabs, parapets, etc.
  2. For WaterProofing- – Small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilets & bathrooms, chajja & lift pits, balconies.
  3. Bonding Coat- For bonding of new concrete to old concrete, masonry stone work, plastering.
  4. For Cladding- Fixing or re-fixing of slip bricks, tiles, stones & marble bedding.
  5. External rendering- Weatherproof & frost resistant render.
  6. As bonding slurry coat for pinhole treatment on concrete surface.

Recommended Usage:

It can be mix with cement for repairs, render, patching and for waterproofing plaster with ratio of 5 Ltr in 50 Kg cement bag.

It can be also use in cement putty for improving properties with ratio of 5 Ltr in 40 Kg cement putty Bag.

It can be also use in Water based primer 2 Ltr in 20 Ltr drum to improve water proofing properties.
